I find it kinda funny... coming back to my DeviantArt, which I haven't touched in so many months. So much has happened, and so many changes. Going back through the images and people I used to watch here, I can't help but to realize what I'd lost by straying from here.

But what can ya do?

Life changes, and turns, and throws things your way that you have to compensate for. You can't simply keep things going the same way forever, or expect that nothing will change. I left so many of my online accounts stagnant to try and work through my life's problems, but I realize I really have left something special behind by doing that. Not that I had a choice back then, but I can change things now, and I will.

I think I've done this too many times, but at least this time it's for a good reason. I'm abandoning my current DA account because I am retiring the name Nives, and everything associated with it. There is too much history and stagnation in the name, and in my past, and I simply want to start fresh, and start over.

Maybe one day I will be willing to confess that I once was Nives, but until then, I will have no associations with that name.

This isn't the end; this is the start of something new, and the birth of a brighter future.

And with that, I bid you all farewell.

I'm going to start coming back to the internet, though the process of getting where I want may be a little slow.

Hey yea, so this is my new DA account ^^ I'm quite happy with how easy this switch is turning out to be, and the way things are working thanks to the DA version update. Kudos to the people who developed it.

In case you are wondering (though I hope I'm just being redundant) my old profile was "NivesWhitt", which I am changing for a few reasons. I'm not quite done transferring all information and such to this profile, so give me a couple days and I'll post an entry with a little information and an update on my life through these last few months.
